  1. Find a Comfortable Position – Sit or lie down in a safe space.
  2. Breathe Deeply – Take 30-40 full breaths (inhale deeply, exhale naturally).
  3. Exhale & Hold – On the last breath, exhale fully and hold.
  4. Inhale & Reset – Breathe in deeply, hold for 15 seconds, then release.
