🌀 How It Works (Step-by-Step)
- Find a Comfortable Position – Sit or lie down in a safe space.
- Breathe Deeply – Take 30-40 full breaths (inhale deeply, exhale naturally).
- Exhale & Hold – On the last breath, exhale fully and hold.
- Inhale & Reset – Breathe in deeply, hold for 15 seconds, then release.
